You can use the model withdrawal form included in our standard terms and conditions for this purpose, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


  • You must return or hand over the product(s) to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • You only have to pay for any loss of value of the products if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
  • You do not have the right to cancel for hygiene reasons if the seal on the product(s) has been removed after delivery and/or the product(s) has been opened or used. The products must also not be damaged. In all of the above cases, the product(s) is/are not suitable for return and a refund of the purchase is not possible under any circumstances.
